For over 20 years I’ve been refining my craft, helping businesses large and small define their brands. I’ve worked in design agencies, in-house, and as a freelancer, and along the way, I’ve gotten to work on projects of all shapes and sizes—everything from brand identity systems to storyboarding photo shoots to print ads, brochures, product packaging, environmental signage, and all things digital.

Currently, I work as an in-house Art Director for high-end audio company, Leon Speakers. As busy as it keeps me I'm always looking for more projects.

The foundation of any design project is a clear understanding of the objectives, translating them into actionable goals, and figuring out the best way to achieve them. Then through rigorous research, competitive analysis, and conversation.

Creating an actionable brand strategy starts with client interviews, analysis, observation, and research. The first step is to cultivate insights, identify challenges, define foundational principles, and speak with clarity to a wide variety of audiences.

I’m a firm believer in using insight from clients to inform every decision that’s made. Clients know far more about who their market is, and the goals that they’re trying to achieve.



Design

My design philosophy is straightforward: the simplest solution is more often than not the best solution. With a thorough and thoughtful approach to design, I always look for the simplest way to organize information and communicate it as clearly and succinctly as possible.


Development

Execution is the crucial final step—down to the smallest details. It’s the nitty gritty work that makes sure your work just works.
